Not all charms are created equal. Our mystery blind bags feature varying rarity tiers, ranging from standard aesthetic drops to a highly coveted, mystery-rare piece.

What happens if I pull a duplicate charm?

That’s part of the fun! Pizazz charms are highly tradeable among friends and the community. We encourage you to swap duplicates to complete your collection or hunt down the specific piece you need for your outfit.

Where is Pizazz based?

We are proudly Australian-owned and operated. Every single product is dreamed up, sketched, and designed in-house in Australia.

Can I return or exchange an opened Blind Pack?

Because the thrill of discovery is central to the mystery blind bags, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packs. If you pull a charm that isn't your vibe, we highly recommend trading it with the community!

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship Australia-wide, but stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter as we may be introducing international shipping in the future.
